Transfer of Driving Licence from Maharashtra to UP

So in 2024, , originally from Lucknow, I was in Thane, working for an MNC. I applied for the driving licence(MCWOG) via driving school. I paid for 3.3k for a driving licence. It came in physical. All good for now. Now in May 25, I applied for Class Addition to the DL(Car and MCWG), and had to pay additional 3.5k more to the driving school. Still I had some bad mouthing but at that same time, I resigned from the job. I gave the driving test(driving school instructor told me that if you pass the Motorcycle test, the new license will be all LMV, MCWG, which I wanted). Now on verification, the police ask for my ID and I showed them my MNC ID. On the verification part, they took my MCWOG physical card. After a few days, I went back to Lucknow. Now I’m without my Driving Licence, not even the Motorcycle test was verified even though the Police told me so, now I have the DL(MCWOG) only on the Parivahan app.

The application status since last year is stuck on “Additional Endorsement”.

Now, if I want to transfer my DL to Lucknow RTO without going back to Thane RTO, is it possible?

Or do I need to apply a new one from the Lucknow RTO? But that will cause issue since it’s Aadhar verified.

I just want a DL with LMV and MCWG without going to Maharashtra (tight on money and trying for jobs everywhere)..
