Dacby isn’t refunding my money

So I ordered a ps3 super slim from dacby on April 17 and payed using snapmint, they were on shark tank and saw really good reviews on YouTube

Now it’s been over too weeks and they haven’t given my product yet, they called me 2 days ago and said the unit they had allotted me was defective and will refund the money to snapmint but they haven’t done it yet, I have mailed them, I call them whenever I can and they seem to have blocked me

What should I do now?? Should I file a case on them?? How do I get my refund??

They promised to deliver in 4 days, I got it as a gift for my brother, now the birthdays done, 2 weeks have past and I’ve lost 4000rs too
