Emergency Situation , need advice

So today one of my friends is talking with a girl (who claimed it ) on an app named “Personality Database” or PDB app on a wonder chat where he starts talking with a girl with no photos and all attached with account at start they Abt random things and in bw she said that have anyone send him a explicit of girl and he said no then she said what would be if rn ? Then he doesn’t want to be involved so he msg randomly and after some talk she said do uk and he said what she said I am horny and then he said things getting hard for me and then they exchanged insta and start talking there and she drop msg is it still hard and he said what you think and she said maybe not and he replied or u can ? And suddenly he got blocked from both platforms and now he is too panicked like he called me and said this and want to know that is there any cyber complaint against him, and he is like too panicked that now he will do smtg if it happen he is too scared I confront him that see at first she started the thing you refused at first and u didn’t send any pic to her so be chill nothing happens but he is too panicked bcz a pic of him not clearly but side faced very little portion is visible said maybe she took the ss and complaint against her..

I confront him for now but he is too panicked and in this situation I don’t know what can happen in future, so I am posting this here to now advise regarding this what can happen in the worst case scenario, if there will be a complaint and

also she mentioned that she is from Philippines and a girl ( which she claimed, not a proof of identity ) but also my friend also have a some screenshots of chat at which she said that things..

What will be the consequences of this ??
