AC TAKEN ON RENT FROM LAST 6 YEARS

I took ac on rent in 2019 and every year the ac man use to come and service the acs and use to take the rent this time he contacted me and i told him that send your boys for service and take ur rent but he never came from last 15 days i started sending him massages for service and he keeps on shifted 2 days than 3 days and in the end today he said he is not able to provide me the service and want to take away his acs which i refused that how can he take away in the middle of the season when i am ready to pay the rent please suggest what are my options as a customer
