Nominee and legal heirs dispute

My grandfather died 8 years ago, he had 6 lakhs in his bank account who’s nominee was my grandmother. My grandmother got into dispute before all of this with her kids and slipt away neither they wanted her to live with them. Mu grandmother alone spent all her 6 lakhs over 8 years. Now the kids (legal heirs) are asking her for money through court She has nothing except for her pension. What can she do now?
