May 2, 2026 at 3:32 pmHi, I need some legal advice regarding [Infra.Market](https://infra.market/). I worked with the company for around 4 years. In September 2025, the company carried out a mass layoff, and I was one of the impacted employees. Along with me, around 50–100+ employees were reportedly laid off during that period.
**It has now been around seven months, and my Full & Final (F&F) settlement is still unpai**d. Despite repeated follow-ups with HR / relevant teams, there has been no proper resolution or clear payment timeline. Responses, where received, have mostly been vague and non-committal.
**Other employees who were laid off along with me have also not received their F&F settlements.**
I have all the necessary proofs and records — employment documents, separation records, emails, conversations, and evidence of pending dues.
# What legal steps can I take in this situation to recover my dues with interest?
1. Should I send a legal notice first, and how effective is it usually in such cases?
2. If they still do not pay, can I file a recovery case / civil suit directly?
3. Can I claim interest or compensation for prolonged delay in payment?
4. If multiple ex-employees are affected, would a joint complaint be stronger?
5. Which route is usually fastest and most practical in India for unpaid F&F settlements?Would appreciate guidance from lawyers, HR professionals, or anyone who has successfully recovered pending dues from an employer.
