Neighbor dumping and burning plastic waste in front of my house, refuses to stop.

Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with an ongoing issue and could really use some advice. A man who lives about three houses away from me keeps dumping his plastic waste on the road right in front of my house. Every 3-4 days, he sets it on fire.

I’ve confronted him multiple times and asked him not to dump or burn trash here. His response is basically, “I’m putting it on the road, do whatever you can, let’s see what you can do against me.”

Has anyone dealt with something like this before? What actions can I take to stop this?
