1 week Early release from Wipro

I am currently working in Wipro. I am selected to join the airport authority of India(aai). I had to join training by 29th April. I am currently in notice period in Wipro and last working day is May 14th (resigned on Feb 16, 3month notice period). I have asked my manager and HR for early release for joining AAI, but they’re saying it’s mandatory to stay till 14th May u can’t violate notice period policy. I had applied for an extension in aai and didn’t receive any reply till now. Is there any options to raise a complaint internally in Wipro, or labour office, for getting an early release by May 7th?
