Legal Associate – Struggling to get a decent salary job.

I have 3 years of experience in legal profession both in the UK and India, majorly in property related law, currently the legal firm I am working for pays me 20k per month as they say that’s there budget for now. I have applied to so many legal firms but still not getting anything. I have experience in drafting LOIs, Lease Deeds, Sale deeds, Maintenance agreements etc. Could anyone advise me on how to get better paying job in india being a legal professional?
