May 2, 2026 at 4:38 amβ’ We have heard she is claiming to have “married” this person using some “live-in law” justification. We are confusedβhow can she marry someone else while her first marriage is still legally valid?β’ She has given a statement to the police claiming that if anything happens to her or her boyfriend, my brother should be held responsible. She is also seeking police protection.
β’ During the first elopement a year ago, she stole all the gold jewelry from the house and gave it to her boyfriend, who sold it to fund their escape.
β’ Her own parents and brother are not supporting her, they are standing by my brother. They are also ensuring the safety of my niece right now.
β’ Our primary concern is the 6-year-old daughter. We want to ensure my brother gets full legal custody. We do not want the child to be influenced or taken by the mother, given her unstable situation and history of desertion.
β’ We have no intention of bringing her back this time. She has ruined the family’s reputation and there is no guarantee she won’t do this a third time. We want her to stay away, but we want the child safe.
