I Got Scammed by Amazon Delivery Partner today. I didn’t receive any package but they marked it as delivered.

Today I got scammed by Amazon fresh delivery person he gave a short call and immediately marked the order as delivered. Even though I checked immediately he did not even come to my location I even checked out everywhere. I have ordered few heavy rice bags and other atta bags worth 1300/- just to get scammed. We dont even have security guard here its a independent house then who did he handover heavy rice bags.

I called him back so many times no response. I was completely shocked to see such big brand is running a scam. So please beware.

Raised complaint today hoping to get the refund back. Customer service agent told me that they are investigating it and will update in few days. Please let me know what to do on this matter any suggestions please let me know here.
