Chachu and bua are kicking us out

Me, my mother and my brother along with my chachu and his family live in a flat named after my grandfather. My grandparents are no more and I recently lost my dad. After all of this my chachu and my bua are trying to kicks of out of this flat by paying us an amount which is very less for the actual value of the flat. Things have gotten so bad that me and my family don’t want to live in this flat anymore. Now after almost living here for 15 years I have a sentimental value attached to this flat, I’m ready leave but if I have to leave, at the same time I don’t want my chachu, bua and their families to live in this flat. Is there some law which can put a stay order on this flat that nobody is able to use it until we reach a mutual settlement? It would be really helpful if someone could advice us on this.
