Faced Discrimination because I come from Scheduled tribe.

I am a resident of Bastar, CG. Recently I’ve been selected to Study In Delhi for UPSC preperation Under a CG Government scheme and came to Delhi 3 days ago. I was a looking for Paying guest room near Karol Bag as it is close to Drishti IAS. So I met a landlord, he asked about basic whereabouts like where you’re from etc . and I also gave necessary documents to him, when he saw that I come from Scheduled tribe and come froma rural are from Bastar, he refused that he can’t give us room because we come from Naxalite families. I confronted him that’s it’s okey you don’t want us to be your PG but how can you say that me and my family is Naxal or or belive in that idiology. And the argument went on. His Neighbours came and they were watching. But the landlord didn’t stop there, he kept humiliation us and the other people watched one of my friend made a video while we were arguing . And we left the landlord’s property. One of his Neighbour told us that the landlord was in the Army and he left the army after 2 3 years of service. So I can sense that where his beliefs are coming but , it’s a pure discrimination based on cast. I have never been in situation like this and I feel so humiliatied by this.
I don’t want anyone to experience what I felt today. And I know people in this subreddit don’t care about Marginalized community but what can I do ?? Can I file a complain?
