May 1, 2026 at 10:33 amHello all!!So as the title states, I had placed an order for a ring on Giva website on 21st April for my sister’s birthday and it turned out to be a nightmare. The promised delivery date of the order was 23rd April but it was delayed and changed to 24th until this point I was fine with it. Since 24th April, I have been receiving messages of out for delivery every morning and within a few hours they say that the delivery has been rescheduled since they couldn’t reach me which is absolutely untrue. I have never once received a call to get this order delivered.
After 26th I had enough and contacted Giva over call for support, I was connected to an AI which kept repeating that the order is out for delivery and did not help at all. I then emailed them with the screenshots of the messages from the courier partner and the first email I received still said that the item is out for delivery and no further information, I again emailed them to 2 separate emails stating that the courier partner is falsely marking the order as undelivered because of not being able to contact me when I have never received a call from their end. They then stopped responding to my emails, I am not even getting the option to login to my Giva account to cancel the order because I am not getting the otp to my registered phone number which they confirmed is associated with my account and email id.
I have since raised a ticket for this issue but at this point I am just not interested in corresponding with them at all, I do not even have a hope that they will help at all. I just want to cancel the order and get my money back, what are my options to get this resolved? I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here, I am very disappointed and shocked at the same time at the poor customer service being provided by Giva.
