Need advice on the exact claim which we would have on ancestral property

My maternal grandfather was a legal heir to an ancestral property worth 10 crores. They were totally 5 brothers and 4 sisters whom it should be ideally divided into. His last brother managed to take noc from all the other brothers and sisters including my grandfather. The last brother was a divorcee and he made a will deed of that property which is actually ancestral, not his own earned.

He wrote it as a gift deed to a muslim friend’s daughter. I am a legal heir as a materal grandson. Do i have any claim on that property in any manner and can i proceed further for claiming anything. Can he give to as a gift deed to a muslim friends daughter even though it is ancestral property and not his own? Does my maternal grandmother have any claim on those properties and can she file a case for claiming her rights if entitled.

I am not aware of the exact rights and claims which we are actually entitled to. Thats why need advice.
