Private bus operator didn’t disclaim a structurally different seat that I booked

Hello !

I booked a single sleeper bus ticket (just next to driver’s cabin) and the berth is relatively shorter and structurally different(narrowed towards end and feet have to be put in an enclosure) from other berths. Being a tall guy(close to 6 ft) this journey is horrible. I booked it via paytm and I feel that there should have been a disclaimer so passenger knows what he is booking. Help me fight against these private bus operators who charge huge just go provide sub standard experience.
