Possible Travel Scam – Go Holidays Now (Need Advice)

My father was planning an Andaman trip through Go Holidays Now. Everything looked genuine initially—coordinator explained the package properly, so we paid ₹16,000 as advance.

After payment, they suddenly demanded full payment to “release booking,” which was never told before. It felt suspicious, so we refused and asked for a refund.

Since then:

* They mailed saying refund will be processed in **15–20 business days**. I questioned why so long—since payment was instant, refund should take 1–2 days—but we still waited.
* No response even after that period
* Not picking calls
* False promises like “we’ll call at 5 PM” but no response
* Only pick up when we call from different numbers
* They also showed multiple “branch locations,” which now appear to be fake or misleading

Manager name showing is Raghbedar Pati.

We have **call recordings, emails we sent, and their replies** as proof.

We are planning to file a complaint.

**What should I do next?**

* Consumer court?
* Cyber crime complaint?
* Any way to recover money?

Has anyone faced something similar or dealt with this company?

Any advice would really help.
