April 30, 2026 at 4:03 pmI bought a Daikin AC from Poorvika Mobiles on EMI through Bajaj Finserv and the entire experience has been exhausting.
At first, I was told I would receive a newer ISEER/2026-rated model, but after delivery I found out it was the older version. I approached the store for exchange and after repeated follow-ups, delays, and multiple visits to the showroom, they finally agreed to replace it after around a week.
Then came the next issue.
During the replacement delivery, they clearly told me:
AC delivery next day
Installation the following day
But after delivery, they suddenly changed the timeline and started saying installation would take 6β7 days because itβs summer season.
I contacted customer care multiple times, called the salesperson and manager repeatedly, and even messaged them, but now they are barely responding and often not even picking up calls.
Meanwhile, my EMI has already started even though the AC is still not installed or usable.
I understand summer delays happen, but overpromising, poor communication, repeated delays, and ignoring customers after payment is unacceptable.
Has anyone else faced this with Poorvika or AC installations during peak season? Any advice on escalation?
