I have a passport appointment scheduled in a week, and I want to make sure I don’t face any issues.

In my 10th marksheet, my father’s name is mentioned as for example. **“Sachin”**, but in my PAN card and passport application, it is **“Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar.”** I want my passport to reflect the full name exactly as per my PAN card, since I need it urgently to later update my 10th marksheet

I currently have one English newspaper advertisement regarding the name variation. What additional documents are typically required at the passport appointment for this kind of discrepancy?

I’ve already postponed my appointment twice, so I really want to make sure I carry everything needed this time and avoid any rejection or delay.

Any guidance from someone who has faced a similar situation would be really helpful.
