Hi, I would like to file a consumer complaint against Snitch Apparels. They have failed to provide me with a refund of โน1399 along with the courier charges, despite repeated follow-ups. Each time I contact them, they only extend the timeline instead of resolving the issue, which has been extremely frustrating.
