I think I have been scammed by Flipkart

I recently purchased a bag(Wildcraft rucksack 60 litres ) from Flipkart in product highlights it cleary said that the bag comes with a rain/dust cover ,but when item is delivered there is rain/dust cover so I have raised a complaint to Wildcraft through email and they replied that they stopped providing the rain/dust cover for the particular bag and the Flipkart advertising the with including the rain/dust cover. So what are my legal options here should I raise a complaint in consumer, what are my options here ?

I need advice guys help me . By the way the rain/dust cover is only cost around 500 supees
