Owner asking to vacate in one month

Paying 16k rent regularly recent years rent increased in area. Owner asked to vacate now, i purchased a flat and will be available in 4 months. Asking the owner for four months time he is asking 25k rent I am willing to pay 20k not 25k as it’s not reasonable in that area with current condition of flat. What options I have not able vacate also as noone gives for 6 months. What options do I have legally, no agreement all verbal agreements previous old agreement expired.
