I have an absolute open-and-shut case against Lenovo India.
Lenovo has officially issued an MDOA (Machine Dead On Arrival) certificate, authorizing a 100% refund. They have already legally admitted fault in writing.
They are refusing to arrange a reverse pickup from my current address citing the pickup can be only done from delivery address. I have moved from Punjab to Noida.
