Delay in PF deduction. Almost 5 months now

So I’ve been trying to push my company to deduct my Pf team of 22 people register on EPFO. Since I’m a fresher the HR asked if i had UAN and she said they’ll do the needful 2 months nothing happen.

Last week again they followed up now she said it will be deducted from next month.

Anything that can be done here?

Is this normal or should I wait till the time they deduct the PF?
