Company refuses to provide Full and Final settlement, exit documents, salary slip. Owes multiple employees over 10L total.

Hi everyone. A company refuse to give me exit documentations, salary slips, full and final settlement. They owe multiple people large sums of money and are financially almost bankrupt. This might affect my ability to join next job because I do not have relevant documents. What is best next steps to ensure

1) I get documents so I can move on to next role

2) how to legally stop company from operating so they cannot get away with treating people poorly.

3) how to ensure company is unable to raise funding as founders are blacklisted

Any help will be great please. They are very good sales people to convince senior CXO stakeholder but everyone have bad experience after signing contract with them. They treat everyone very bad.
