Traffic Challan moved to regular court

Hi Everyone,
Last year, I got an overspeeding challan, it didn’t have any due date. I paid online from echallan website but by that time the challan was already moved to virtual court. I used to get SMS from virtual court regarding this challan but since I have already paid it so I thought it will resolve on its own.
Today I received an SMS that challan has been moved to regular court. Please advice me what should I do?
Will they verify the challan again and dispose off the case since I have already paid?
