Hey, my friend is an OCI older, and needs the PCC from India but is currently in the Middle East. They will be traveling to Goa (where they’re from) for 2 weeks and was wondering if they can get the PCC from there itself. The purpose of the PCC is for PR application purposes. Can anyone please guide?
