I ordered a pair of pants (Folk Japanese Denim) from Holyheaden on 13 March 2026 for ₹3696.
Payment was made via UPI (FamPay through GoKwik), and the payment was successful. I received an order confirmation (Order ID: 23718), but after that there have been no updates at all.
It has now been more than 45 days and I still haven’t received the product.
I tried contacting them multiple times on Instagram, but they never responded and have now blocked me.
I’ve already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and raised a dispute for the payment.
At this point I’m not sure if I should expect the product at all or just push for a refund.
Has anyone else faced this with Holyheaden? Did you eventually get your order or your money back?
