I ordered a mattress on 30th march and dropped a mail for cancellation on 31st. Even ordered another one which has been delivered since then. I got a confirmation from them on 31st march that the order is cancelled and refund initiated but no refund has been received by me yet. I have dropped multiple emails and the assure me a refund within 24to 48 hours but still nothing. Even the customer service on call is useless. I have called over 10 times and they just say theyβve escalated it but still nothing. What options do I have?
