NoBroker asking extra for tenant verification after agreement – is this normal?

Last month I got my rent agreement done via NoBroker (Pune). I wasn’t aware of this “Tenant CCTNS / police record copy”

Now my society is asking for it, but NoBroker is saying I need to take a separate paid “tenant verification service”

As per my understanding, tenant details are already submitted to police during registration (IGR CCTNS). So is this separate service actually required?

Has anyone dealt with this? Is there any way to get that document without paying again?
