Surname change in passport : Query

I have a query in my Indian passport

It’s given as

My given name eg MN

Surname – my father’s full name eg ABC ( we don’t have a surname in our family so they have applied my father’s name as my surname )

But in other documents my name is given as MN . C or MNC ( My father’s third name which was given as my initial since school time)

Now during my passport renewal they are asking me to the change my initial becoz it’s only C in other documents and surname is ABC in my passport ( was told to give name change in paper add and change two other documents for proof )

I tried removing the initial from aadhar with my passport as proof but it’s rejected due to mismatch of information

Any ideas what I shud do?
