How to file a complaint against a problamatic guide

So i am a last year bsc botany and biotech student and i went for my project into an external campus. So the guide is very misbehaving,arrogant and always angry.she always race at us and blame for all the little issues[it is our first time project and we dont know more about the process and procedure- also we talked this to her and she said it is okey and she is willing to be as a guide] she is not helping us and our deadline will be over soon. She was preffered by our own hod and they are good friends. In the previous week there was an issue with our guide and she expelled us [ team of 5] from the campus. Our hod was firstly at a neutral stage and now she is defending the guide and she is putting all the problems on us. As a double degree student we have lot of exams and practicals and this is putting so much pressure on us. Can anyone please help me to file a complaint against her and which sections can be added onto it?.
