A suggestion Iam being repeatedly verbally and emotionally abused by my husband and at times he threatens to kill me and himself. Can anyone suggest any legal actions that I could take.

Hi I’m 60 years old and I’m being repeatedly being verbally abused with obscene words by my husband and he at times threatens to kill himself and blame it on me or kill me and take his own life . It has been happening over decade , now it feels he’s abusing me much often.

Can someone suggest me any precautionary steps to safeguard me.
