When will I get my gazzete notification it’s been 4 months already my lawyer is saying it’s delayed from central. Help!!

Can anyone tell me.

I need to apply for bachelor’s its may month already I didn’t get my gazzete.

What should I do I’m from hyd-Telangana my lawyer said superintendent madam is on leave and once she comes back she will write a emergency memo. It’s been 4 months I’m scared.

If I don’t get new name i have to continue with old name or what please can anyone guide me .

I dont have anyone to ask
