April 26, 2026 at 2:08 pmBlinkit has more dark tricks to sell product than dark stores. One common dark trick is mis-selling or fake advertisement, where your claim becomes weak, because it is not overcharging, but NCH still punishes mis-selling seriously.
I purchased a product from blinkit with invoice mrp of 465 Rs and promised discount of 10 percent, making final purchase price 410Rs.
But to my surprise, the mrp on product delivered was 414Rs hence discount given was less than one percent.
I contacted chat support, but they disregarded my claim by giving excuse that this is not overcharging, hence no compensation.
But I complained to NCH through WhatsApp, with photo of mrp on product and mrp on invoice and demanded 9 percent promised cashback ( 55 Rs promised ( 10 percent ) – 4 Rs given ( 1 percent ) = 51 Rs remaining promised cashback ( 9 percent ). and apology from blinkit ( Blink Commerce Private Limited ) legal team. For mis-selling, fake advertisement and promised cashback not given.
We should not stay silent, or give in for lame execuses of ” not overcharging “, since mis-selling, fake advertisement and not giving promised cashback is another large scale growing dark buisness technique.
