Contract-based role having a non-compete clause

I’m working a full-time job and recently have been offered a contract based role as a remote contractor from another company. Both the companies are not competitors and in different fields (one is a web design agency for US clients and the other is a tech channel aggregator for east Asia). Would it be okay if I work both jobs? There is a non-compete clause in the contract, but that’s it. Does anyone see any legal implications or other implications that might arise or not really? Please guide asap
