April 26, 2026 at 10:19 amHello everyoneI could really use some honest advice about a situation I’m currently dealing with.
I recently signed up for a Data Analytics course through Coding Ninjas, and I opted for an EMI/loan option. The total amount I borrowed is around ₹1,24,000, and my monthly EMI is ₹4,500.
When I enrolled, I was informed about a 7-day trial period. Unfortunately, I ended up requesting a cancellation after that trial period had passed. Now, the team at Coding Ninjas is telling me that I can’t cancel the course or the loan, and I have to keep paying the EMI.
Here’s the issue:
– I’m not in a good financial position right now
– I can’t continue with the course
– I really don’t want to pay for something I’m not usingI’ve already reached out to Coding Ninjas via email to request a cancellation based on my financial and personal circumstances, but I haven’t received a satisfactory response yet.
So, I wanted to ask:
– Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with Coding Ninjas or other edtech platforms?
– Is there any legal way to cancel or reduce this loan?
– Should I consider a settlement or file a consumer complaint?
– What do you think would be the best course of action in this situation?I would truly appreciate any honest advice from those who have been in similar situations.
