I purchased a WANBO Vali 1 projector (โน25,990) from Amazon in August 2025. It developed a focus defect within warranty. I handed it over to WZATCO for repair on 25 December 2025 – it has now been nearly 4 MONTHS.
No repair. No replacement. No refund. No response to emails or support tickets.
Already made NCH complaint but they dont care as well
