USo I have an 8 mo old baby and due to constant fights, no support in caring for the baby, and erratic behaviour I no longer feel it will be an emotionally safe environment for my baby to grow up in.
I have tried going to my parents place twice but I am at that time convinced to stay back by his parents who stay with us and with a small baby in my arms I can’t run away. What is the best legal way to separate where he will not say I ran away with his child. My parents are ready to support me too but getting out of his house without a seen is the issue. Also, once I asked for divorce so he said he wants a mutual agreement where I will return all the jewellery they have given me and he will not give anything for the baby. I never asked for alimony but asked for childcare at that time and he denied it saying that he won’t give me mutual divorce as he will only fund the baby’s life if he gets custody.
I seriously don’t care about the jewellery nor the childcare now.
I just want my baby’s custody.
Please help me ….I don’t know what to do.
Also he himself is a corporate lawyer so I feel he can make my life hell.
