April 26, 2026 at 5:33 ammy father had worked in Indian railways for almost about 32 years where he worked in a railway operated Quasi organisation it was registered under railways and cooperative society employees run it and its there even today this period was from 1994 to 2009 ,
Later in 2009 he was absorbed into Railways under an absorption letter that was issued by RBE in 2000 one of his colleague was absorbed in 2004 although everyone who got absorbed was in group D , then my father continued service in railways till 2026 and retired as a ACTI (ticket inspector) now here comes the issue
1. Railways isn’t counting the service period from 1994 to 2009
2. most of the people working in the office not even aware of QUASI thing they just give false hopes
3. my father isnt getting much pension due to this and nor hes getting any railway consessions issued after retirement , pension isnt even close to a LADLI BEHENA YOJNA thing(also during his QUASI service period he got the RAILWAY PASS AND PTO CONSESSION along with medical CARD that are only issued to RAILWAY SERVANTS )
if anyone know some good lawyer please contact me or if someone have any advice should i even fight this case ?
someone in JAIPUR CAT court won this same case in 2023 – Ram prasad agrawal vs Railway Union
