MCA Security Clearance for NRI

Greetings to all ! 👋

I’m stuck on this now for a While.

Have a client who is a Chinese resident but indian citizen (born and brought up in India, but living in China for several years).

Hello wants to incorporate a section 8 company but needs to clear the security clearance as he would be the foreign director and one of those notified countries who share land boundaries with Indian.

MCA has a different website for this called the ” E – Sahaj seva Portal” but I am a bit confused 🤔 using that because it requires info of the company that the concerned director wants to join but the company is not yet incorporated . I tried filling the form twice by empty credential boxes but all in vain. Even couldn’t find any professional support for the same also.

P.S. – Have tried reaching out to MCA help line but
Unko hi iske barre main nahi patta 🥲😭

Has anyone here done this ? Pls help
