How are subsequent assets divided – after 1st Will is made?

We (me and my wife) are a childless couple – and have made a Will many years back allocating specific assets to non-relatives. Now we are Senior Citizens and have some new assets which were not existing at the time of the 1st Will. How will these new assets be distributed in case we don’t make a new revised Will? I have siblings.

Note : We live in Goa which follows the UCC (Uniform Civil Code)
