Landlord told to vacate the flat as he has sold the building.

My landlord is asking me to vacate my 1 bhk in 1 month as he has sold the building. I have my final year exams going right now and can’t find a new place so fast.

I have to talk to him tomorrow regarding this and planning to ask him to introduce me to the new owner so I can continue living here.

Only planning to stay in Bangalore for one more year.

I have been an ideal tenant, paid rent on time and never had any complaints. I don’t why he’s asking me to vacate the flat.

What should I talk to the new owner and how does the deposit and agreement plays into it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
