I’m honestly a bit frustrated and wanted to check if others have gone through something similar.
I booked a flight via Flipkart and paid ₹350 extra just to get a window seat. But the seat was never actually confirmed. I raised a complaint the same day because it didn’t feel right.
Now it’s been 12 days, and I still haven’t received the refund. Every time I reach out to support, I just get vague or generic responses, and no one clearly tells me what’s happening or how long it will take.
It’s not even about the ₹350 at this point .it’s more about the experience and lack of clarity.
Has anyone else faced this with Flipkart Travel? Did you eventually get your refund, and how long did it take? Also, did anything specific help in speeding things up?
Would really appreciate any advice or shared experiences.
