Guy 24M threatening to “quit” and harassing

Here’s a chronology of events and I’d appreciate solid advices –

1. We were friends a few years back and he turned me down

2. A long time later when I was over him, he asked me out and I refused since I was over him

3. He has been harassing me, more than ever since the past few months by trying to contact me on all social media platforms, even google pay

4. He says he quit his job because he couldn’t deal with this heartbreak

I need solid advices on what action can I take against him so that he doesn’t bother me anymore. If he really does something, I want to make sure that I’m not responsible for it.

NB: I have blocked him everywhere but he always finds some ways of reaching me (like GPay, etc.)
