USo got this company’s contact from google, appointed them to ship my car from delhi to bangalore. Went myself to drop the car, it was put in the shipping truck in front of my eyes.
Next day i find my car’s location to be in dwarka, and was there for the whole day. I called the person, he said car went there for builty, which makes no sense. I let it pass. After this my gps tracker stopped working
Two days later, i get a fasttag lost request message, again called this person, says thats no way, “high frequency main deduct na ho isliye foil lgaya hoga”. I didnt share any otp with him

Car came to me, in abysmal condition. Full of dog hair, some stuff missing like sweets box and a water bottle. Money was transferred before i could see my car in person, video was shared which looked fine.
1 month later i get to know my own fasttag is blocked, this got me thinking all the way back. Today i checked the fasttag is issued under his name and tricked him to give me otp, then saw the transaction history, car is driven from rajasthan to Bangalore.
What should be my next steps? Can i take any action against this guy, i dont want to let this slide.
