My uncle got convicted in 498 A what can he do now???

So this case was going on for like 8 years, now he is convicted but instead of sending him to jail they released him for good conduct.

this is a fake case there are still two other cases going on one domestic violance also filled by aunt and one divorce case filled by uncle but this one is in high court now.

he seems very depressed now

kinda like lost the will to fight he accepted his fate ig

even though he hasn’t done anything wrong

in the court order there is no mention of his testimony what he said in court or anything like that neither is there anything about what my grandpa and two other witness ( neighbours ) said in court in front of judge

they just copy pasted everything what my aunt and her side of family claimed and whole order is passed on just that no mention of convict side??? is this how it always happens???

Edit : he is a government teacher can this affect his job as well??
