USo I purchased a scooty from tvs showroom in Jan 2026, and usually after 3 to 4 weeks rc, insurance and number plate comes to showroom and we just need to go there and collect all these things, we go in March first week for first service and also to collect all these things. but they took 1 to 2 hrs for just taking our scooty to service(not doing servicing, just taking it in, took 1 to 2 hrs), and they didn’t gave us the number plate, they said we are unable to find your number plate(unprofessional) and if we get them we will call, and till mid April they didn’t call once, we called multiple times. and just last week we received a challan of our scooty.
Yp, they put our number plate to someone else’s bike, and i received a 1000rs challan. then we complain to showroom and they are just saying we are handling the situation but I didn’t recieved and call yet.
for cherry on top there main head office called 3 to 4 times to ask my feedback, and when I tell them my situation they say sorry for inconvenience and i told them last time that, you guys don’t give s shit about my situation right, you just want good ratings for shitty services, i told that respectfully.
Now what you suggest i should do, I don’t have number plate, should I call the police(but that seems to much trouble), should I ask for compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience and the major thing is my name is on the record of breaking traffic signal, which I didn’t do.
