USo my friend and I got into an accident last year, we were on a heavy bike and the other person was on luna, we were at 70kmph speed going straight and the luna person was going straight as well but when we came a bit closer to them they took a right turn all of a sudden and we were not in the position to hit the brake at the right moment. We collapsed and were sent to the hospital. My friend was driving so he did not let his bike go until the police came to the scene. Once the police came, he took the bike with him and we were sent to the hospital. The next day we got to know that the person on luna has passed away due to injury. An FIR has been filed and after 3 weeks my friend was called to collect the bike. He has insurance and all so he got back his bike. I want to know what will happen now, it’s been a year now he is a techie, working at a company. Will this FIR affect his career? What all can go wrong.
I got to know that in the FIR they have written that we were trying to flee away after the accident. But in reality we wanted to get to the hospital ASAP.
