I need help I want to file consumer complaint against paytm and bus operators as they failed to provide tracking link and contacts no as promised during booking after multiple issues complaint and all no response and rejected my refund plus i was frustrated and left hopeless on highway at night I am asking I am going to file consumer complaint in ejagriti so I live in chattisgarh and this happen in chandigarh so can I speed post the documents notorised documents do I need to visit court when hearing starts as a student I can’t and is online court are good need review I have all proof and wanted to e notorized documents valid if I notorised from online sources
